Payment flow
In order to make client interactions as lucid and convenient as possible we provide our own payment gateway which you can use to make service payments via different payment methods.
An invoice will be sent to your mail after every milestone in the software development lifecycle. For example if your project is divided into 5 Major parts, After each part/feature is completed you will be given 1 week to test out the features of your product. After your satisfaction we will email you the invoice for the milestone. Simply click on the Pay Now button and fill in the details as mentioned in your invoice and complete the payment. We will send out a confirmation via your preferred contact method once we verify the payment. Make sure you enter the correct project id in the "product" field in the payment page. Currently we support Card, Net Banking as well as UPI (India Only) payments. For International clients kindly reach out to us to pay via PayPal.
Payment will be made by Customer within 15 days upon receipt of an invoice. In the event there is a delay in payment for more than 5 days from the due date, The project might be put on hold until the arrers are cleared.

Customer will have seven (7) days following receipt of the Services or Deliverable (“Acceptance Period”), to complete acceptance tests as per acceptance criteria agreed in the SOW (“Acceptance Criteria”). If no notice of non-conformance to Acceptance Criteria is reported during Acceptance Period, Deliverables or Services are deemed accepted by the Customer. After "Acceptance Period" is over and no issues are reported, the Customer will be given a final Invoice with all the arrears listed out. The Customer is expected to make the full and final (F&F) payment within 5 days of reception of final invoice. The source code and rights for the Software/Product will only be transferred to the Customer after the F&F payment.

Cancellation and Refund
We try our best to provide serve and provide you the best software development services. Based on the aggrements between us and our clients we divide the payments into parts to make our progress more transparent. All negotiations and aggrements concluded before the start of Development are final and no modifications will be entertained without the mututal consent of both parties. Once the Development has started the project cannot be cancelled as the developers bandwith is already consumed in the process. However, In case after a milestone is completed and the Customer finds the service/product inadequate or unsatisfactory even after the reported issues are fixed, The Customer can request a pre-closure for the project by clearing the dues (if any) till the last completed milestone and sharing his/her intent for premature closure of project over email. Upon approval and based on the dues being cleared the project will be closed and all assets/code/software developed so far will be transferred to the Customer along with the copyrights.
We request for payments only after a milestone is completed with Customer satisfaction after the Customer has completed proper testing of all the features developed. Hence the milestone payment are non-refundable and refund requests will not be entertained once the payment is done via customer for completed milestones. In rare scenarios, the refund maybe issued based on the sole discretion of Semibit Technologies after reviewing the case throughly and discussing with the Customer.
